Product Description
Made from optimally ripe Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the Alazani River basin, Eastern Georgia, Kakheti.
The wine is made according to the classic technology, participates in alcoholic fermentation only in the self-purified sweetening mode, with strict control of the fermentation temperature (fermentation temperature + 25 º C). Alcoholic fermentation is artificially stopped by sharp cooling of the boiling mass, alter which the wine is stored with residual sugar in stainless steel thermostats at a low temperature (-3 º C). Microbiological stability of wine is achieved by sterile filtration.
