Made from specially selected, absolutely healthy and optimal ripeness of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties grown in the Tsinandali microzone of the Telavsky region of Eastern Georgia.
For the production of wine, before the separation of the must, cold maceration is used (duration 12 hours), as a result the sweetness is enriched with aromatic substances and a complex, perfect aroma and laste of the wine is formed.
The wine is made according to the classical technology using only gravity wort, under strict control of the temperature regime of alcoholic fermentation (fermentation temperature + 15 º C).
Alter the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is stored in stainless steel containers until at least the next August. At this time, the regenerative environment is the formation of the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
