Product Description
Made from Mtsvane grapes, optima! ripeness, grown in the Kindzmarauli micro zone, on the left bank of the Alazani River in Eastern Georgia, in Kakheti, Kvareli region.
For the production of wine only absolutely healthy, undamaged bunches of grapes are used, which leads to the special organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
The first stage of winemaking is keeping the chopped mass at a low temperature for 12 hours, after which the wort is separated, in the maximum economy mode in an inert gas environment, in order to preserve the special aroma characteristic of Mtsvane.
The wine is made according to the classical technology, in strict observance of the temperature regime of alcoholic fermentation (fermentation temperature + 16 º C). Only the homemade fraction is used
for making wine.
After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine continues to be aged in a reducing environment in a metal tank.
