Made from grapes of optimal ripeness of the Rkatsiteli variety grown in the Kindzmarauli microzone, on the left bank of the Alazani River in Eastern Georgia, in Kakheti, Kvareli region.
The wine is made according to the classical technology, in strict observance of the temperature regime of alcoholic fermentation (fermentation temperature + 16 º C). Gravity wort is used to make wine.
A short cold maceration on the pulp is used before alcoholic fermentation.
After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine is stored in a metal container for 3 months, then 12 months in an oak barrel.
