Product Description
Made from Saperavi grapes grown in the Alazani River basin in Kakheti, Eastern Georgia.
The wine is made according to the classical technology, with strict adherence to the temperature regime of alcoholic fermentation(fermentation temperature + 25 º C).
Alcoholic fermentation is artificially stopped by sharp cooling of the boiling mass, after which the wine is stored with residual sugar in stainless steel thermostats at a low temperature (-3 º C). Microbiological stability of wine is achieved by sterile filtration.
